CAPITOL DRIVE, CITY OF BROOKFIELD

The City of Brookfield is planning to reconstruct Capitol Drive from North 124th Street to Brookfield Road for the installation of sidewalks. The project involves over 100 parcels, which include Fee Acquisitions and Temporary Limited Easements. Many of these parcels will be acquired via the Nominal Waiver Process. The project is expected to be complete in December, 2010.

COUNTY TRUNK HIGHWAY H, WASHINGTON COUNTY

Washington County is planning to reconstruct County Trunk Highway H between State Trunk Highway 144 and the Milwaukee River. The project involves 40 parcels, which are all partial acquisitions. These acquisitions include Fee Acquisition and Temporary Limited Easements. Several of these parcels will be acquired via the Nominal Waiver Process. This project is expected to be complete in late 2010.

STATE TRUNK HIGHWAY 83, WAUKESHA COUNTY – STATE OF WISCONSIN

Single Source Inc. completed appraisals for approximately 80 residential, commercial and agricultural parcels with one full take appraisal. This project includes complex “before” and “after” appraisals, which includes severance damages and cost-to-cure items. This project was completed in December 2009.

SOUTH 60TH STREET – CITY OF WEST ALLIS

This project consists of partial acquisitions for 98 affected residential and commercial properties. A majority of the parcels were acquired via Nominal Waiver. Single Source Inc. provided standard appraisals for the remaining parcels. This project was completed in December 2009.

WEST DREXEL AVENUE – CITY OF FRANKLIN

This project consists of the acquisition of 17 strip acquisitions for the expansion of West Drexel Avenue from Lovers Lane / U.S.H. 45 / S.T.H. 100 to Loomis Road / S.T.H. 36.  These parcels consist of Institutional, commercial and residential zoning.  This project is expected to be complete in April 2008.

8TH / 9TH STREET - CITY OF MONROE

This project consists of partial acquisitions for 66 residential and commercial properties. A majority of the parcels were acquired via Nominal Waiver. Single Source Inc. provided standard appraisals for the remaining parcels. This project was completed in December 2009.

USH 41 FREEWAY MODERNIZATION PROJECT - STATE OF WISCONSIN

Single Source Inc. is providing appraisals for approximately 43 affected parcels and acquisition services for the majority of the parcels. This project includes complex “before” and “after” appraisals. This project was completed in December 2009.

WEST DREXEL AVENUE / South 27th Street – CITY OF FRANKLIN

This project consists of the acquisition of 4 strip acquisitions for the expansion of West Drexel Avenue from South 27th Street to South 31st Street.  These parcels consist of commercial zoning.  This project is expected to be complete in June 2008.
