The Village of Thiensville will be reconstructing Pigeon Creek in the downtown area of Thiensville. The project involves stream channel widening and steam bank improvement along Pigeon Creek that will remove numerous properties from the flood plain and will reduce future flooding. Single Source has complete appraisals for 25 properties and will acquire Fee Acquisition, Permanent Limited Easements and Temporary Limited Easements for 25 affected properties.
