Single Source, Inc has been retained to prepare a relocation plan, provide relocation assistance, appraisal services and acquisition services for the Layton Avenue, Packard Avenue, Squire Avenue and Kingan Avenues redevelopment project. This project includes; 6 – duplex properties, 1 – 3 family property, 1 – 8 family apartment building and 2 - taverns.
