Waukesha County is planning to reconstruct County Trunk Highway X between S.T.H. 59 and Moreland Boulevard to provide two travel lanes in each direction with a provision to provide for left turns using median or a two-way left turn lane. The project will also provide for upgraded traffic signals throughout the project. The project will also replace the bridge over the Fox River tributary. The grade separation over the existing railroad corridor and recreation trail will also be widened as a part of the project. The project involves 52 parcels, 49 of which are partial acquisitions and three that are full acquisitions. Single Source has been retained to provide relocation assistance, appraise and acquire Fee acquisitions and Temporary Limited Easements for the majority of these parcels. Several of these parcels will be acquired via the Nominal Waiver Process. This project is expected to be complete in early summer, 2008.
