Our firm is extremely familiar with Wisconsin Statutes 32.05 and 32.06, as the individuals within our firm have provided appraisal, acquisition, relocation and litigation support for numerous Local and State projects.

Our team is comprised of five key individuals, three of whom are Wisconsin Certified General Appraisers and one is a Licensed Appraiser. We are a multi-discipline firm with project experience and in-depth understanding of the issues and a demonstrated track record of schedule adherence.  Our structure is designed to efficiently manage and coordinate the efforts of our team and our clients.

We operate as a team, under one roof, eliminating sub-consultants and the potential for delay.  However, we do have access to several sub-consultants that have expertise in specialized areas.  We have several experienced Project Managers, whose past experience indicated that they understand how to deliver projects on-time and to your satisfaction.

Our experienced staff and the size of our company allow us to retain the flexibility and sense of personal involvement, yet assure the professional skill in each discipline is available.  Having five key individuals, all of whom are cross-trained in more than one discipline, gives us the flexibility and knowledge to explain the process and analysis to the landowner to obtain the fairest and quickest results and deliver a quality product on-time and within budget.
