Jay McSorley
Jay is a Wisconsin Certified General Appraiser and has been providing appraisal services to major lending institutions for over fourteen years. Jay is a candidate for the Appraisal Institute MAI designation and holds a master’s degree in Real Estate from the University of Florida.
Jay’s main strengths are in appraisal. Most recently Jay; appraised half of the properties associated with the properties for Wisconsin Gas natural gas pipeline from Ixonia to Brookfield.
Jay received a Bachelors of Science in Urban Analysis and Development from the University of Wisconsin, Whitewater in December of 1988 and a Masters of Arts in Real Estate and Urban Analysis from the University of Florida, Gainsville in December of 1991.

Steve has been involved in real estate appraisal and acquisition for the past 14 years, but specifically right-of-way for the past 8 years.
Marc McSorley
Marc is one of two principals at Single Source, Inc. Marc is a Wisconsin Certified General Appraiser and has been providing right-of-way services to the Wisconsin Department of Transportation for over twelve years. Marc is actively involved with the International Right-of-Way association, is a candidate for the SR/WA designation and is also a candidate for the Appraisal Institute MAI designation.
