Marc McSorley
Marc is one of two principals at Single Source, Inc. Marc is a Wisconsin Certified General Appraiser and has been providing right-of-way services to the Wisconsin Department of Transportation for over twelve years. Marc is actively involved with the International Right-of-Way association, is a candidate for the SR/WA designation and is also a candidate for the Appraisal Institute MAI designation.
Marc’s main strengths are in right-of-way appraisal and acquisition. Most recently Marc; appraised and acquired numerous properties for State Highways 32 / 38, Milwaukee / Racine Counties; acquired properties for CTH H (Wells Street), Lake Geneva; State Highway 50 and Interstate 94 Interchange Project acquisitions; State Trunk Highway 61 acquisitions, City of Fennimore; Oakwood Road and 31st Street acquisitions, City of Franklin; Roosevelt Road appraisal and acquisitions, City of Kenosha; Cold Spring Road, appraisals and acquisitions, City of New Berlin; appraised all of the properties associated with the Park East Freeway, appraised all full and partial acquisitions associated with the US Highway 151 Bypass, appraised the majority of the parcels associated with the Wauwatosa Flood Mitigation Project and appraised half of the properties for Wisconsin Gas natural gas pipeline from Ixonia to Brookfield. In-addition, Marc has a vast amount of litigation experience.
Marc received his Bachelor of Business Administration, Real Estate and Urban Development from the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee in 1990

Steve has been involved in real estate appraisal and acquisition for the past 14 years, but specifically right-of-way for the past 8 years.
