Steve Boll
Steve is one of two principals at Single Source, Inc. Steve is a Wisconsin Certified General Appraiser and a Wisconsin Department of Transportation approved negotiator. Steve has been involved in real estate appraisal and acquisition for the past 14 years, but specifically right-of-way for the past 8 years.
Steve is actively involved with the International Right-of-Way association, is a candidate for the SR/WA designation and most served on the Wisconsin Department of Transportation District 2, Local Public Agency 2003 committee.Over the past 8 years, Steve has acquired over 450 parcels of land, appraised over 250 partial acquisitions and completed various relocation assignments. Steve’s most recent acquisition experience include; State Highway 50 and Interstate 94 Interchange Project - Kenosha County; STH 38/32 - Milwaukee / Racine Counties; Oakwood Road and 31st Street - City of Franklin; State Trunk Highway 61 - City of Fennimore; Roosevelt Road - City of Kenosha; Cold Spring Road - City of New Berlin; the Park East Freeway; the Janesville Transportation Project; STH 33 - Grant County; the Burlington Riverfront Development; Hart Park – Wauwatosa; Jobs Corridor; West Rawson Avenue and Cudahy Redevelopment.
Steve graduated with a Bachelor of Science from the University of Wisconsin, Madison in 1990 and received his Master of Science, Urban and Regional Planning with an emphasis in Real Estate Analysis in 1992.

Marc is one of two principals at Single Source, Inc. Marc is a Wisconsin Certified General Appraiser and has been providing right-of-way services to the Wisconsin Department of Transportation for over twelve years. Marc is actively involved with the International Right-of-Way association, is a candidate for the SR/WA designation and is also a candidate for the Appraisal Institute MAI designation.
