Tom is a Wisconsin Licensed Appraiser and has been involved in the real estate field for over 6 years. In-addition, Tom holds Bachelors of Science and Masters of Science degrees in Geology. Tom is a Wisconsin Professional Geologist as well as a Member of the International Right-of-Way Association.
Tom's main strengths are in appraisal. Most recently; Tom has appraised property for 31st Street / Oakwood Road, City of Franklin; STH 61, City of Fennimore; Port Washington Gas Lateral for WE Energies, numerous parcels on the WISDOT Canal Street Project and the Marquette Interchange, several parcels for the City of Glendale on the Bay Shore Mall Project and partial acquisition appraisals for the City of Pewaukee.
Tom received his Bachelor of Science in Geology from the University of Iowa in 1986 and a Masters of Science in Geology from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale in 1989

Marc is a Wisconsin Certified General Appraiser and has been providing right-of-way services to the Wisconsin Department of Transportation for over twelve years. Marc is actively involved with the International Right-of-Way association, is a candidate for the SR/WA designation and is also a candidate for the Appraisal Institute MAI designation.
