Todd is a Wisconsin Certified Appraiser and has been providing appraisal services to numerous municipal clients and major lending institutions for over twenty years. Todd is a candidate for the Appraisal Institute SRA designation and holds a degree in Property Assessment and Real Estate Appraisal from Waukesha County Technical College.
Todd’s main strengths are in appraisal. Todd held the title of Municipal Assessor in a number of communities in southeastern Wisconsin and was responsible for all real and personal property valuation for these communities. The experience in this area and intimate knowledge of local and county government has served to further enhance Todd’s qualifications as a right-of-way appraiser.

Steve has been involved in real estate appraisal and acquisition for the past 14 years, but specifically right-of-way for the past 8 years.
Marc McSorley
Marc is one of two principals at Single Source, Inc. Marc is a Wisconsin Certified General Appraiser and has been providing right-of-way services to the Wisconsin Department of Transportation for over twelve years. Marc is actively involved with the International Right-of-Way association, is a candidate for the SR/WA designation and is also a candidate for the Appraisal Institute MAI designation.
